Article D3411-9 of the French Public Health Code

When the centre obtains its supplies in application of 6° of article R. 5124-45 of the present code, the holding, control, management and dispensing of medicinal products are carried out by a pharmacist registered in section E or section H of the national order of pharmacists, or failing this by a doctor working in the centre, designated by name and authorised by the general director of the regional health agency.

Lorsque le centre s’approvisionne en application du 6° de l’article R. 5124-45 du présent code, la détention, le contrôle, la gestion et la dispensation des médicaments sont assurés par un pharmacien inscrit au tableau de la section E ou de la section H de l’ordre national des pharmaciens, ou à défaut par un médecin intervenant dans le centre, nommément désigné, autorisé par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.
