Article D3665-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The President of the Metropolitan Council of Lyon shall provide the accounting officer of the metropolis, duly summarised on an issue slip, with a copy in form of all leases, contracts, judgments, wills, declarations, statements of collection, new titles and other, concerning the revenues whose collection is entrusted to him.

The accounting officer may request, if necessary, that the originals of deeds forming a title in favour of the Metropole of Lyon be given to him against receipt.

Le président du conseil de la métropole de Lyon remet au comptable de la métropole, dûment récapitulée sur un bordereau d’émission, une expédition en forme de tous les baux, contrats, jugements, testaments, déclarations, états de recouvrement, titres nouveaux et autres, concernant les recettes dont la perception lui est confiée.

Le comptable peut demander, au besoin, que les originaux des actes formant titre au profit de la métropole de Lyon lui soient remis contre récépissé.
