Article D4111-5 of the French Public Health Code

For each profession and, where applicable, each speciality, the selection board will draw up a list of successful candidates in order of merit, within the limit of the maximum number of people who may be admitted to the knowledge verification tests. Ties are broken by the mark obtained in the first test.

Candidates who obtain a mark of 6 out of 20 or less in any of the tests cannot be declared successful.

Pour chaque profession et, le cas échéant, chaque spécialité, le jury établit une liste par ordre de mérite des candidats reçus, dans la limite du nombre maximum de personnes susceptibles d’être reçues aux épreuves de vérification des connaissances. La note de la première épreuve départage les ex aequo.

Un candidat ayant obtenu une note inférieure ou égale à 6 sur 20 à l’une des épreuves ne peut être déclaré reçu.
