Title I: Practice of the medical professions

The tests to verify the knowledge referred to in I of article L. 4111-2, which are written and anonymous, comprise : 1° A test of fundamental knowledge ; 2° A test of practical knowledge. The organisational procedures for the knowledge verification tests are set by order of the Minister for Health.

For each session, an order by the Minister for Health determines the professions and, where applicable, the specialties for which the tests are organised, the number of places available and the list of host structures offered for the skills consolidation courses mentioned in I of article L. 41112. For each of the medical professions, a national jury is responsible for drawing up the subjects and marking the tests.

For each profession and, where applicable, each speciality, the selection board will draw up a list of successful candidates in order of merit, within the limit of the maximum number of people who may be admitted to the knowledge verification tests.
