Section 4: Authorisation to practise for holders of evidence of formal qualifications obtained in the province of Quebec

Article D4111-22 of the French Public Health Code

Holders of evidence of formal qualifications as a doctor, dentist or midwife obtained in the province of Quebec must send an application for authorisation to practise in application of article L. 4111-3-1 by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Conseil national de l’ordre of their profession. After obtaining authorisation to practise the profession of dental surgeon, holders of evidence of formal qualifications obtained in the province of Quebec must apply for registration on the roll with the Conseil départemental de l’ordre of the planned place of establishment, under the conditions set out in articles R. 4112-1 to R. 4112-5-1.

At the end of the third and sixth months, the traineeship is the subject of an assessment report, the model for which is set by order of the Minister for Health.
