Article R4112-7 of the French Public Health Code

Doctors, dental surgeons and midwives meeting the conditions laid down in 1° and 2° of article L. 4111-1 residing abroad may request to be entered on a special list drawn up and kept up to date by the national council of the order to which they belong after verification of their qualifications and the conditions laid down in article R. 4112-2.

Les médecins, chirurgiens-dentistes et sages-femmes répondant aux conditions prévues aux 1° et 2° de l’article L. 4111-1 résidant à l’étranger peuvent demander à être inscrits sur une liste spéciale établie et tenue à jour par le conseil national de l’ordre dont ils relèvent après vérification de leurs titres et des conditions prévues à l’article R. 4112-2.
