For each session, an order by the Minister for Health determines the professions and, where applicable, the specialties for which the tests are organised, the number of places available and the list of host structures offered for the skills consolidation courses mentioned in I of article L. 41112.
The skills consolidation courses may be run in public, private non-profit-making or private health establishments as referred to in article L. 6111-1 of the Public Health Code.
The regional health agencies propose to the Minister for Health the host structures for the skills consolidation pathways. The procedures for identifying host structures and the conditions for their validation by the regional health agencies are defined by order of the Minister for Health.
