If the new provisions of the Articles of Association do not comply with legislative or regulatory provisions, and if they are not rectified within the time limit set by the Departmental Council, the latter, after calling on the interested parties to present their oral or written observations, will, by reasoned decision, deregister the company.

Si les nouvelles dispositions des statuts ne sont pas conformes aux dispositions législatives ou réglementaires et si la régularisation n’est pas opérée dans le délai imparti par le conseil départemental, celui-ci, après avoir appelé les intéressés à présenter leurs observations orales ou écrites, prononce, par décision motivée, la radiation de la société.
