Article R4111-20 of the French Public Health Code

I. – The following are laid down by order of the Minister for Health:

1° The composition of the file submitted in support of the application for authorisation ;

2° The procedures for organising and assessing the adaptation period;

3° The terms and conditions under which an adaptation period, an aptitude test or both are required.

II. – The composition of the aptitude test jury and the procedures for organising this test are set by order of the Minister for Higher Education and the Minister for Health.

Article R4111-20

I. – Sont fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé :

1° La composition du dossier produit à l’appui de la demande d’autorisation ;

2° Les modalités d’organisation et d’évaluation du stage d’adaptation ;

3° Les modalités et les conditions dans lesquelles un stage d’adaptation, une épreuve d’aptitude ou les deux sont imposés.

II. – La composition du jury de l’épreuve d’aptitude et les modalités d’organisation de cette épreuve sont fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’enseignement supérieur et du ministre chargé de la santé.
