The Conseil départemental de l’ordre will immediately notify the student and the midwife being replaced of the decision to authorise or refuse authorisation to practise.
This notification may be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by delivery against receipt.
The Departmental Council of the Association will immediately inform the Director General of the Regional Health Agency and the National Council of the Association of the authorisation given, specifying the identity of the student and the midwife replaced, as well as the date of issue of the authorisation and its duration.
