In the case of pharmacists who are required to be registered on the Roll of the Order, the Council of the Order to which they belong will, as part of the registration process, register the pharmacist in accordance with article L. 4221-16 on the basis of the diploma, certificate or other evidence of formal qualifications presented by the person concerned or, failing this, the certificate in lieu thereof.
In the event of a change in their correspondence details or integration into the health reserve corps provided for in article L. 3132-1, the pharmacists mentioned in the first paragraph shall inform the Council within one month. They shall also inform the Council, within the same time limit, if they fall within one of the statutory situations mentioned in article L. 4061-3.
Persons who have interrupted or ceased their activity as a pharmacist remain obliged, for a period of three years following their removal from the roll, to inform the council, within one month, of any change in their correspondence details.
For the pharmacists mentioned in article L. 4222-7, the operations of registering their diplomas, certificates or titles and collecting or updating the information mentioned in the second paragraph are carried out, within the same period, by the body or authority to which they report.
