Article D4333-1 of the French Public Health Code

The regional health agency of the place of professional practice of persons authorised to practise the profession of occupational therapist or psychomotrician shall carry out the registration provided for in Article L. 4333-1 on the basis of the evidence of formal qualifications or authorisation presented by the person concerned or, failing this, the certificate in lieu thereof.

Occupational therapists and psychomotricians must inform the Agency, within one month, of any change in their professional situation, of taking up or leaving an additional post, of joining the health reserve corps provided for in article L. 3132-1 or of temporary or permanent cessation of activity.

For occupational therapists and psychomotricians covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code, the operations of registering their training qualifications or authorisations and collecting or updating the information mentioned in the second paragraph are carried out, within the same timeframe, by the armed forces health service.

L’agence régionale de santé du lieu d’exercice professionnel des personnes autorisées à exercer la profession d’ergothérapeute ou de psychomotricien procède à l’enregistrement prévu à l’article L. 4333-1 au vu du titre de formation ou de l’autorisation présenté par l’intéressé ou, à défaut, de l’attestation qui en tient lieu.

Les ergothérapeutes et les psychomotriciens informent l’agence, dans le délai d’un mois, de tout changement de leur situation professionnelle, de prise ou d’arrêt de fonction supplémentaire, d’intégration au corps de réserve sanitaire prévu à l’article L. 3132-1 ou de cessation, temporaire ou définitive, d’activité.

Pour les ergothérapeutes et les psychomotriciens relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense, les opérations d’enregistrement de leurs titres de formation ou de leurs autorisations et de recueil ou de tenue à jour des informations mentionnées au deuxième alinéa sont réalisées, dans le même délai, par le service de santé des armées.
