The regional health agency of the place of professional practice of persons authorised to practise the profession of occupational therapist or psychomotrician shall carry out the registration provided for in Article L. 4333-1 on the basis of the evidence of formal qualifications or authorisation presented by the person concerned or, failing this, the certificate in lieu thereof.
Occupational therapists and psychomotricians must inform the Agency, within one month, of any change in their professional situation, of taking up or leaving an additional post, of joining the health reserve corps provided for in article L. 3132-1 or of temporary or permanent cessation of activity.
For occupational therapists and psychomotricians covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code, the operations of registering their training qualifications or authorisations and collecting or updating the information mentioned in the second paragraph are carried out, within the same timeframe, by the armed forces health service.
