Article D4364-18 of the French Public Health Code

The professionals referred to in article D. 4364-1 are required to register their State diploma or authorisation, free of charge, with the relevant State department or the body designated for this purpose. In the event of a change in their professional situation, they must inform this department or body.

A list of this profession is drawn up for each département by the competent government department or the body designated for this purpose, and made available to the public. No person may practise the profession unless their diploma or authorisation has been registered in accordance with the first paragraph.

Les professionnels mentionnés à l’article D. 4364-1 sont tenus de faire enregistrer sans frais le diplôme d’Etat ou autorisations auprès du service de l’Etat compétent ou de l’organisme désigné à cette fin. En cas de changement de situation professionnelle, ils en informent ce service ou cet organisme.

Il est établi, pour chaque département, par le service de l’Etat compétent ou l’organisme désigné à cette fin, une liste de cette profession, portée à la connaissance du public. Nul ne peut exercer la profession si son diplôme ou autorisation n’ont été enregistrés conformément au premier alinéa.
