Article D4381-2 of the French Public Health Code

The High Council for the Paramedical Professions may, on its own initiative, make proposals to the Minister for Health on the subjects mentioned in 1° of Article D. 4381-1.

The Minister may refer to the High Council any matter relating to its remit.

The High Council is consulted by the Minister for Health on regulatory texts relating to a and b of 1° of Article D. 4381-1.

Every two years, the High Council submits an activity report to the Minister for Health.

Article D4381-2

Le Haut Conseil des professions paramédicales peut formuler de sa propre initiative des propositions au ministre chargé de la santé sur les thèmes mentionnés au 1° de l’article D. 4381-1.

Le haut conseil peut être saisi par le ministre sur tous sujets correspondant à ses missions.

Le haut conseil est consulté par le ministre chargé de la santé sur les textes réglementaires relatifs aux a et b du 1° de l’article D. 4381-1.

Le haut conseil remet tous les deux ans un rapport d’activité au ministre chargé de la santé.
