Article D4381-23 of the French Public Health Code

The formation of a joint venture of nurses, masseur-physiotherapists, chiropodists, speech therapists, orthoptists and dieticians referred to in Title II of Law no. 90-1258 of 31 December 1990 relating to the practice of the liberal professions in the form of companies shall give rise to the insertion of a notice in a newspaper authorised to publish legal notices in each of the places of practice. The notice shall contain the name, purpose and address of the places of practice. It shall be sent in advance to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency of each place of practice.

La constitution d’une société en participation d’infirmiers ou d’infirmières, de masseurs-kinésithérapeutes, de pédicures-podologues, d’orthophonistes, d’orthoptistes et de diététiciens mentionnée au titre II de la loi n° 90-1258 du 31 décembre 1990 relative à l’exercice sous forme de sociétés des professions libérales donne lieu à l’insertion d’un avis dans un journal habilité à recevoir les annonces légales de chacun des lieux d’exercice. L’avis contient la dénomination, l’objet et l’adresse des lieux d’exercice. Il est communiqué au préalable au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé de chacun des lieux d’exercice.
