Article D4422-30-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-The election of the representatives mentioned in article D. 4422-30-2 takes place within three months of the general renewal of the municipal councils and the deliberative assemblies of the agglomeration communities and the communities of communes. When these representatives have been elected, the Prefect informs the Massif Committee and the Basin Committee.

II.-The appointment of the representatives mentioned in article D. 4422-30-3 is held within two months of the notification by the prefect of the election of the representatives mentioned in article D. 4422-30-2.

Article D4422-30-4

I.-L’élection des représentants mentionnés à l’article D. 4422-30-2 a lieu dans un délai de trois mois à compter du renouvellement général des conseils municipaux et des assemblées délibérantes des communautés d’agglomération et des communautés de communes. Lorsque ces représentants ont été élus, le préfet en informe le comité de massif et le comité de bassin.

II.-La désignation des représentants mentionnés à l’article D. 4422-30-3 se tient dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la notification par le préfet de l’élection des représentants mentionnés à l’article D. 4422-30-2.
