I.-In application of article L. 4425-3, the President of the Corsican Executive Council presents an annual report to the Assembly of Corsica on the situation with regard to equality between women and men in the Corsican regional authority.
II.-The report describes the human resources policy of the Corsican regional authority with regard to professional equality between women and men.

To this end, it includes in particular the data from the report presented to the territorial social committee as provided for in article 51 of law 2012-347 of 12 March 2012, relating to recruitment, training, working hours, professional promotion, working conditions, remuneration and the work-life balance.
The report also includes an assessment of the actions taken to promote equality between men and women.
The report also includes an assessment of the actions taken and resources mobilised in terms of professional equality between women and men and describes the multi-year guidelines. This assessment and these guidelines relate in particular to pay and career paths, the promotion of parity in the context of training initiatives, gender diversity in the various sectors and job categories, the balance between professional and personal life, the prevention of all forms of violence against employees in the workplace and the fight against all forms of harassment.

III.-The report presents the policies pursued by the Corsican local authority on its territory in favour of equality between women and men, as defined in Article 1 of Law no. 2014-873 of 4 August 2014 for real equality between women and men. It sets out multi-year guidelines and programmes to promote equality between women and men.
This report includes an assessment of the actions taken to this end in the design, implementation and evaluation of the Corsican regional authority’s public policies. In particular, it presents the monitoring of the implementation of the equality clause in public contracts. It may also include an analysis of the economic and social situation in terms of inequalities between women and men in the Corsican regional authority, based on a diagnosis of the interventions within its remit and on data from the beneficiaries of its policies.
