Article D4425-29 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The documents mentioned in the penultimate paragraph of Article L. 4425-17 are made available online on the website of the Corsican regional authority, where such a website exists, under conditions guaranteeing:

1° They are fully accessible and in a non-modifiable format;

2° They are free and easily accessible to the public, both for reading and downloading;

3° Their conformity with the documents submitted to the Assembly of Corsica;

4° Their proper conservation and integrity;

This online publication will take place within one month of the adoption, by the Assembly of Corsica, of the deliberations to which these documents relate.

Les documents mentionnés à l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 4425-17 sont mis en ligne sur le site internet de la collectivité de Corse, lorsqu’il existe, dans des conditions garantissant :

1° Leur accessibilité intégrale et sous un format non modifiable ;

2° La gratuité et la facilité de leur accès par le public, pour leur lecture comme pour leur téléchargement ;

3° Leur conformité aux documents soumis à l’Assemblée de Corse ;

4° Leur bonne conservation et leur intégrité.

Cette mise en ligne intervient dans un délai d’un mois à compter de l’adoption, par l’Assemblée de Corse, des délibérations auxquelles ces documents se rapportent.
