Article D4425-47 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The President of the Corsican Executive Council attaches the warrants and supporting documents for expenditure, indicated in Articles D. 1617-19 and D. 1617-20, to the issue slips that he sends to the accounting officer of the Corsican regional authority, who must check them within the time limits allotted to him and follow up, where necessary, the regularisation with the President of the Corsican Executive Council.

Le président du conseil exécutif de Corse annexe les mandats et pièces justificatives de dépenses, indiqués aux articles D. 1617-19 et D. 1617-20, aux bordereaux d’émission qu’il adresse au comptable de la collectivité de Corse qui doit procéder dans les délais qui lui sont impartis à leur vérification et en suivre, lorsqu’il y a lieu, la régularisation auprès du président du conseil exécutif de Corse.
