In the event of a vacancy, the seat of a full member is filled by the alternate member. In particular, a vacancy is established when the full members cease to hold office or when they no longer meet the conditions required to be eligible for election to the Disciplinary Board.
En cas de vacance, le siège d’un membre titulaire est pourvu par le membre suppléant. La vacance est notamment constatée lorsque les membres titulaires cessent leurs fonctions ou lorsqu’ils ne remplissent plus les conditions exigées pour être éligibles à la chambre de discipline.
