Article D4443-24 of the French Public Health Code

The declaration of candidacy is sent to the State representative by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The application may also be received by the State representative in return for a receipt.

A declaration received after the closing date for the submission of candidatures mentioned in article D. 4233-21 is inadmissible.

No withdrawal of candidacy is possible after the closing date for the submission of candidacies mentioned in article D. 4233-21.

La déclaration de candidature est adressée au représentant de l’Etat par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception. La candidature peut également être réceptionnée contre récépissé auprès du représentant de l’Etat.

Une déclaration parvenue après la date de clôture de dépôt des candidatures mentionnée à l’article D. 4233-21 est irrecevable.

Aucun retrait de candidature n’est possible après la date de clôture de dépôt des candidatures mentionnée à l’article D. 4233-21.
