Article D4443-28 of the French Public Health Code

I. – After indicating on the ballot paper the tandems he chooses, the voter sends his sealed vote in the special envelope provided. The envelope shall be marked “Election of the Pharmacists’ Disciplinary Board”.

II. – Voters must not, on pain of invalidity of their vote :

1° Carry any other wording or sign whatsoever on the ballot paper or envelope ;

2° Separate or change a pair of candidates, or designate a number of pairs greater than the number of seats to be filled.

Article D4443-28

I. – Après avoir indiqué sur le bulletin les tandems qu’il choisit, l’électeur envoie son vote cacheté dans l’enveloppe d’acheminement spéciale qui lui a été fournie. Celle-ci porte notamment la mention élection de la chambre de discipline des pharmaciens.

II. – L’électeur ne doit, à peine de nullité de son vote :

1° Porter aucune autre mention ni signe quelconque sur le bulletin ou l’enveloppe ;

2° Dissocier ou modifier un tandem de candidats, ni désigner un nombre de tandems supérieur au nombre de sièges à pourvoir.
