Article D4443-30 of the French Public Health Code

The counting of votes takes place at the High Commission of the Republic on the day of the election as provided for in article D. 4233-21.

The president may, if necessary, appoint scrutineers to assist the counting of votes.

Voters have free access to the counting room during the count. The chairman is responsible for policing the room.

Le dépouillement du scrutin a lieu au haut-commissariat de la République le jour de l’élection prévu à l’article D. 4233-21.

Le président peut, en tant que de besoin, désigner des scrutateurs pour assister le bureau dans le dépouillement.

Les électeurs ont librement accès à la salle de dépouillement pendant le déroulement de celui-ci. Le président assure la police de la salle.
