Article D4443-33 of the French Public Health Code

The original of the minutes of the count, together with its annexes, as well as the election documents mentioned in articles D. 4443-27 and D. 4443-28, are kept in a sealed envelope by the State representative for a period of six months following the election or, if the election is referred to the competent authorities, until the final decision.

L’original du procès-verbal de dépouillement avec ses annexes, ainsi que les documents électoraux mentionnés aux articles D. 4443-27 et D. 4443-28 sont conservés sous pli cacheté par le représentant de l’Etat pendant une période de six mois suivant l’élection ou, si l’élection est déférée devant les instances compétentes, jusqu’à la décision définitive.
