Article D45-2-10 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

When the public prosecutor’s delegate notifies a misdemeanour criminal order in application of the second paragraph of article 495-3, he may receive payment of the criminal fines pronounced using an electronic payment terminal.

The same applies when he notifies a contraventional criminal order pursuant to the second paragraph of article 527.

Lorsque le délégué du procureur de la République notifie une ordonnance pénale délictuelle en application du deuxième alinéa de l’article 495-3, il peut recevoir le paiement des amendes pénales prononcées en utilisant un terminal électronique de paiement.


Il en est de même lorsqu’il notifie une ordonnance pénale contraventionnelle en application du deuxième alinéa de l’article 527.
