In the absence of specific statutory provisions for the inter-company occupational health and safety service, where candidates for the positions of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of this service obtain the same number of votes, the position is awarded to the eldest of the candidates.

The term of office for members of the Board of Directors is four years.

Minutes of each Board meeting are made available to the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment.

En l’absence de dispositions statutaires particulières du service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises, lorsque des candidats aux fonctions de président, de vice-président et de trésorier du conseil d’administration de ce service ont obtenu le même nombre de voix, le poste est attribué au plus âgé des candidats.

La durée du mandat des membres du conseil d’administration est de quatre ans.

Un compte rendu de chaque réunion du conseil d’administration est tenu à disposition du directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi.
