Article D4622-47-2 of the French Labour Code

The certification of inter-company occupational health and prevention services provided for in Article L. 4622-9-3 is issued by a certifying body accredited by the French Accreditation Committee or by another accreditation body covered by Regulation (EC) No 765/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 July 2008 laying down the requirements for accreditation and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 339/93, which is a signatory to a multilateral recognition agreement concluded within the framework of the European coordination of accreditation bodies. The choice of certification body is free and exclusive.

La certification des services de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises prévue à l’article L. 4622-9-3 est délivrée par un organisme certificateur accrédité par le Comité français d’accréditation ou par un autre organisme d’accréditation visé par le règlement (CE) n° 765/2008 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 9 juillet 2008 fixant les prescriptions relatives à l’accréditation et abrogeant le règlement (CEE) n° 339/93 du Conseil, signataire d’un accord de reconnaissance multilatéral pris dans le cadre de la coordination européenne des organismes d’accréditation. Le choix de l’organisme certificateur est libre et exclusif.
