Article D4622-47-3 of the French Labour Code

The period for which certification is awarded to the inter-company occupational health and safety service depends on the levels of certification corresponding respectively to a list of factual, non-discriminatory, explicit and reproducible criteria, defined in the specifications referred to in Article D. 4622-47-4.

Services applying for certification are subject to on-site audits under conditions defined in these specifications.

The certifier body which refuses certification must give the reasons for its decision.

The certifier body which issues the certification may formulate observations, reservations or requests for immediate corrective action, accompanied by a request for re-examination within a specified period.

La durée pour laquelle la certification est délivrée au service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises est fonction de niveaux de certification correspondant respectivement à une liste de critères factuels, non discriminants, explicites et reproductibles, définis dans le cahier des charges mentionné à l’article D. 4622-47-4.


Les services candidats à la certification sont soumis à des audits sur site dans des conditions définies dans ce cahier des charges.


L’organisme certificateur qui refuse la certification motive sa décision.


L’organisme certificateur qui délivre la certification peut formuler des observations, des réserves ou des demandes d’actions correctives immédiates, assorties d’une demande de réexamen dans un délai déterminé.
