Article D47-11 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The provisions of articles D. 47-8 and D. 47-9 are applicable to the extraction, acquisition, transmission and storage, by judicial police officers and agents falling under the provisions of the first paragraph of article 706-47-3, of the illegal content provided for in 3° of that article.

Les dispositions des articles D. 47-8 et D. 47-9 sont applicables à l’extraction, l’acquisition, la transmission et la conservation, par les officiers et agents de police judiciaire relevant des dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article 706-47-3, des contenus illicites prévus par le 3° de cet article.
