Where the provisions of articles 706-71 and R. 53-33 to R. 53-39 relating to the use of a means of telecommunication are implemented by an investigating or trial court, the provisions of this section may be applied.

Lorsque les dispositions des articles 706-71 et R. 53-33 à R. 53-39 relatifs à l’utilisation d’un moyen de télécommunication sont mises en oeuvre par une juridiction d’instruction ou de jugement, il peut être fait application des dispositions de la présente section.
