When the President of the Enforcement Division finds that an appeal has been lodged with this court that is manifestly inadmissible, he may decide, by a reasoned order that is not subject to appeal, that there is no need to rule on this appeal.

Lorsque le président de la chambre d’application des peines constate que cette juridiction a été saisie d’un appel manifestement irrecevable, il peut décider par une ordonnance motivée non susceptible de recours qu’il n’y a pas lieu de statuer sur cet appel.
