Article D5121-1 of the French Labour Code

The agreements on support for the development of employment and skills referred to in Article L. 5121-1 determine in particular:
1° The scope of the agreement: professional branches or territories;
2° The purpose of the agreement: prospective study, sectoral or territorial diagnosis, skills development actions;
3° The duration of application of the agreement;
4° The objectives to be achieved at the end of the implementation of the agreement with regard, in particular, to the prevention of the risks of unsuitability for employment and the retention in employment of employees in the second half of their careers;
5° The technical and financial resources for implementation;
6° The monitoring and control procedures during implementation and at the end of the commitment.

Les conventions d’aide au développement de l’emploi et des compétences mentionnées à l’article L. 5121-1 déterminent en particulier :
1° Le champ de l’accord : branches professionnelles ou territoires ;
2° L’objet de l’accord : étude prospective, diagnostic sectoriel ou territorial, actions de développement des compétences ;
3° La durée d’application de l’accord ;
4° Les objectifs à atteindre au terme de l’exécution de l’accord au regard, notamment, de la prévention des risques d’inadaptation à l’emploi et du maintien dans l’emploi des salariés en seconde partie de carrière ;
5° Les moyens techniques et financiers de mise en œuvre ;
6° Les modalités de suivi et de contrôle en cours d’exécution et au terme de l’engagement.
