Article D5121-7 of the French Labour Code

Under an agreement signed with a single company with no more than three hundred employees, the State’s financial contribution is a maximum of 15,000 euros. The agreement is signed by the Prefect.
Under an agreement concluded with several companies, the State’s financial contribution is a maximum of 12,500 euros per company. The agreement is signed by the regional prefect when the head offices of the signatory companies are located in several departments within the same region.

Dans le cadre d’une convention conclue avec une seule entreprise, dont l’effectif ne peut excéder trois cents salariés, la participation financière de l’Etat est au maximum de 15 000 euros. Cette convention est signée par le préfet.
Dans le cadre d’une convention conclue avec plusieurs entreprises, la participation financière de l’Etat est, au maximum, de 12 500 euros par entreprise. Elle est conclue par le préfet de région lorsque les sièges sociaux des entreprises signataires sont situés dans plusieurs départements compris dans une même région.
