When a minor has been dispensed the medicinal products indicated in the emergency contraception, the pharmacist sends the health insurance fund to which he belongs an invoice drawn up on a care sheet which does not include the identification of the insured person and the beneficiary and uses a paper medium.

Lorsque la délivrance à une mineure de médicaments indiqués dans la contraception d’urgence a été effectuée, le pharmacien adresse à la caisse d’assurance maladie dont il dépend une facture établie sur une feuille de soins ne comportant pas l’identification de l’assuré et du bénéficiaire et utilisant un support papier.
