Article D518-43 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The authorisation of the ministers responsible for the economy and the budget provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 518-24-1 is requested by the authorising officer of one of the principals mentioned in the same article who intends to grant Caisse des dépôts et consignations an authorisation. This request, which must state the reasons, must be accompanied by the draft agency agreement and any documents required for its examination.

L’autorisation des ministres chargés de l’économie et du budget prévue au premier alinéa de l’article L. 518-24-1 est demandée par l’ordonnateur de l’un des mandants mentionnés au même article qui envisage de donner mandat à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations. Cette demande, motivée, est accompagnée du projet de convention de mandat et de toute pièce nécessaire à son instruction.
