Article D5212-14 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The prefect shall set the rate of capital grant increases applicable to the operations provided for in Article D. 5212-10 and selected by him.

This rate shall be between 5% and 15% of the amount of the main grant; the total of the increased grant shall not exceed 80% of the amount of the subsidisable expenditure.

Within the limit of the allocations made for this purpose in the budget of the Ministry of the Interior, appropriations shall be delegated to him for this purpose.

Article D5212-14

Le préfet fixe le taux des majorations de subvention d’équipement applicables aux opérations prévues à l’article D. 5212-10 et retenues par lui.

Ce taux est compris entre 5 et 15 % du montant de la subvention principale ; l’ensemble de la subvention majorée n’excède pas 80 % du montant de la dépense subventionnable.

Dans la limite des dotations ouvertes à ce titre au budget du ministère de l’intérieur, des crédits lui sont délégués à cet effet.
