A disabled worker employed by an adapted enterprise may, with his or her agreement and with a view to eventual recruitment, be made available to another employer, under the secondment contract provided for in article D. 5213-84.
A recognised disabled worker who is made available to an employer other than an adapted enterprise is entitled to financial assistance paid to the adapted enterprise for individualised vocational support, with the aim of helping the worker to carry out his or her vocational project and facilitating his or her recruitment.
The amount of this aid is set by joint order of the Minister for Employment and the Minister for the Budget. It is adjusted each year in line with changes in the minimum growth wage. This order may set a specific amount for Mayotte based on changes in the minimum growth wage in force in Mayotte.
The aid is paid monthly. It is reduced on a pro rata basis according to the actual or equivalent working time.
The recruitment of a disabled worker by the adapted enterprise, to replace a worker made available to another employer, gives entitlement to financial aid under the conditions set out in article R. 5213-76.
The adapted undertaking may provide the user undertaking with an individualised support service, which consists in particular of assistance with integrating disabled workers and adapting the working environment. This service is invoiced by the adapted undertaking to the user undertaking separately from the provision of the work.
