Article D526-29 of the French Commercial code

A standard form of waiver is approved by order of the minister responsible for the economy.

If the beneficiary of the waiver is a credit institution or finance company within the meaning of Article L. 511-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, it shall provide a copy of the standard model free of charge to the sole trader who requests it.

Un modèle type d’acte de renonciation est approuvé par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie.

Si le bénéficiaire de la renonciation est un établissement de crédit ou une société de financement au sens de l’article L. 511-1 du code monétaire et financier, il remet gratuitement un exemplaire du modèle type à l’entrepreneur individuel qui en fait la demande.
