Article D546-3 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The provisions of Article 621-10 of the Penitentiary Code determine the content of the report drawn up by the prison integration and probation service pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 741-2, as well as the conditions under which this report is sent to the sentence enforcement judge, then communicated to the public prosecutor by the sentence enforcement department.

Les dispositions de l’article 621-10 du code pénitentiaire déterminent le contenu du rapport établi par le service pénitentiaire d’insertion et de probation en application du deuxième alinéa de l’article 741-2, ainsi que les conditions dans lesquelles ce rapport est adressé au juge d’application des peines, puis communiqué au procureur de la République par le service de l’application des peines.
