Article D5522-10 of the French Labour Code

The employer must notify the managing body of any termination, suspension or modification of the young people’s work experience contract that gives rise to entitlement to the aid, resulting in a change in the amount of the aid or an interruption in its payment. The managing body forwards this information to the director of labour, employment and vocational training, in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon to the head of the labour, employment and vocational training department and, in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, to the State representative.

Toute rupture, suspension ou modification du contrat jeune en entreprise qui ouvre droit au versement de l’aide entraînant un changement de son montant ou l’interruption de son paiement est communiquée par l’employeur à l’organisme gestionnaire. Ce dernier transmet cette information au directeur du travail, de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle, à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon au chef du service du travail, de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle et, à Saint-Barthélemy et Saint-Martin, au représentant de l’Etat.
