When the working time provided for in the employment contract is less than the collective working time applicable in the company, the amount of aid is reduced by applying a coefficient equal to the ratio between the working time provided for in the contract and the collective working time applicable in the company.

Lorsque la durée du travail prévue par le contrat de travail est inférieure à la durée collective de travail applicable dans l’entreprise, le montant de l’aide est réduit par l’application d’un coefficient égal au rapport entre la durée du travail prévue par ce contrat et la durée collective de travail applicable dans l’entreprise.
