Article D561-12 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of article L. 561-16, the refugee or beneficiary of subsidiary protection may apply to the French Office for Immigration and Integration or the manager of the place of accommodation for a provisional certificate relating to family composition.
The certificate is issued to the interested party, by extraction from the automated processing governed by articles R. 142-51 to R. 142-58, on presentation of the decision recognising him/her as a refugee or granting him/her the benefit of subsidiary protection.
The certificate indicates the composition of the family of the refugee or beneficiary of subsidiary protection as taken into account under the asylum procedure provided for in Titles II, III and V.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 561-16, le réfugié ou le bénéficiaire de la protection subsidiaire peut solliciter auprès de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration ou du gestionnaire du lieu d’hébergement une attestation provisoire relative à la composition familiale.
L’attestation est délivrée à l’intéressé, par extraction du traitement automatisé régi par les articles R. 142-51 à R. 142-58, sur présentation de la décision lui reconnaissant la qualité de réfugié ou lui accordant le bénéfice de la protection subsidiaire.
L’attestation indique la composition de la famille du réfugié ou du bénéficiaire de la protection subsidiaire telle que prise en compte dans le cadre de la procédure d’asile prévue aux titres II, III et V.
