The sentence enforcement judge, the public prosecutor and the other instructing magistrates communicate, where appropriate, for each case referred to the service, specific instructions relating to the purpose of the measure and the content of the obligations to be met.
The prison integration and probation service defines and implements the terms and conditions for the care of persons placed under judicial supervision, after notifying the instructing magistrate who may, where appropriate, make any useful observations.
The sentence enforcement judge or the mandating magistrate shall report to the director of the penitentiary probation service any difficulties that he or she observes in the management of the measures and, where appropriate, shall ask the director of the aforementioned service to send him or her a report in response.
