Article D581-7 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In accordance with article L. 581-9, foreign nationals benefiting from temporary protection receive the allowance provided for in article L. 553-1 for the duration of the temporary protection.
The provisions of chapter III of title V are applicable to foreign nationals benefiting from temporary protection.
Payment of the allowance ceases, at the request of the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration, on the date on which this protection ends or on the date on which the beneficiary is transferred to another European Union State.

Article D581-7

Conformément à l’article L. 581-9, les ressortissants étrangers bénéficiaires de la protection temporaire bénéficient de l’allocation prévue à l’article L. 553-1 pendant la durée du bénéfice de la protection temporaire.
Les dispositions prévues au chapitre III du titre V sont applicables aux ressortissants étrangers bénéficiaires de la protection temporaire.
Le versement de l’allocation prend fin, sur demande de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration, à la date où s’achève cette protection ou à la date du transfert du bénéficiaire vers un autre Etat de l’Union européenne.
