Article D6124-10 of the French Public Health Code

When a joint team is set up within the framework of an inter-hospital medical federation or within the framework of a health cooperation grouping to carry out the activity of emergency medicine, duty on each of the authorised sites is organised in accordance with the provisions of article D. 6124-3.

Lorsqu’une équipe commune est constituée dans le cadre d’une fédération médicale interhospitalière ou dans le cadre d’un groupement de coopération sanitaire pour exercer l’activité de médecine d’urgence, la permanence sur chacun des sites autorisés est organisée conformément aux dispositions de l’article D. 6124-3.
