In application of article R. 6123-91-10, the authorisation holder must keep a written record of the assessment of patients’ needs for supportive oncology care and, where appropriate, of the support or referral of patients to this care, in order to ensure traceability.

En application de l’article R. 6123-91-10, le titulaire de l’autorisation consigne par écrit l’évaluation des besoins en soins oncologiques de support des patients et, le cas échéant, l’accompagnement ou l’orientation des patients vers ces soins, pour en assurer la traçabilité.
