I.-The holder of an authorisation for the treatment of cancer in children and adolescents under the age of eighteen must take the necessary steps to allow :
1° Where appropriate, to support and encourage the continuation of schooling or education and the implementation of an educational project;
2° Where appropriate, psychological care for parents and relatives;
3° Reception and, if necessary, assistance with accommodation for parents, either in a parent-child room or by another means.
II – The holder of the cancer treatment authorisation for the care of children and adolescents under the age of eighteen ensures that data from professional practices is collected and analysed, with a view to improving practices and managing risks.
