The authorisation holder must guarantee the secure sharing of dematerialised documents, in particular the pathological anatomy and cytology report, the multidisciplinary consultation meeting form, the personalised care programme and the personalised post-cancer programme, with the healthcare professionals contributing to the cancer care pathway and the patient.
To this end, the registrant uses the communicating cancerology file defined by the National Cancer Institute, which complements the shared medical file mentioned in article R. 1111-40.
