Article D6124-131-9 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The provisions of this sub-section, with the exception of the provisions of II of article D. 6124-131 , are applicable to holders of neurosurgery authorisations when they carry out therapeutic procedures for the curative treatment of cancerous tumours associated with these authorisations.

II.The provisions of I and IV of article D. 6124-131 and of articles D. 6124-131-3, D. 6124-131-4, D. 6124-131-5, D. 6124-131-7 and D. 6124-131-8 are applicable to health establishments authorised for interventional medicine, surgery or radiology and to holders of an authorisation for medical care and rehabilitation or home hospitalisation applying systemic medicinal treatments for cancer under the conditions set out in article R. 6123-90-1.

I.-Les dispositions de la présente sous-section à l’exception des dispositions du II de l’article D. 6124-131 sont applicables aux titulaires d’autorisation de neurochirurgie lorsqu’ils pratiquent des actes thérapeutiques à visée curative des tumeurs cancéreuses rattachés à ces autorisations.

II.-Les dispositions des I et IV de l’article D. 6124-131 et des articles D. 6124-131-3, D. 6124-131-4, D. 6124-131-5, D. 6124-131-7 et D. 6124-131-8 sont applicables aux établissements de santé autorisés à la médecine, la chirurgie ou la radiologie interventionnelle et aux titulaires d’une autorisation de soins médicaux et de réadaptation ou d’hospitalisation à domicile appliquant des traitements médicamenteux systémiques du cancer dans les conditions fixées à l’article R. 6123-90-1.
