Article D6124-132 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The holder of the surgical oncology authorisation has the following facilities on the site:

1° At least one inpatient sector enabling patients to be treated on an unscheduled basis if necessary;

2° At least one interventional sector enabling surgical oncology procedures to be carried out.

II – The interventional sector of the holder of an authorisation with category C mentioned in III of article R. 6123-87-1 includes equipment and medical devices adapted to the care of children.

The holder of an authorisation with mention C has access, on site or by agreement, to imaging adapted to children, with the possibility of deep sedation.

III.The holder of the surgical oncology authorisation has an organisation on the site that allows minimally invasive interventional procedures for the following mentions provided for in I or II of article R. 6123-87-1 as follows:

1° Visceral or digestive oncology surgery, marked A1 or B1;

2° Thoracic oncology surgery, marked A2 or B2;

3° Urological oncology surgery, marked A4 or B4;

4° Gynaecological oncology surgery, marked A5 or B5;

5° Oncological surgery on children and adolescents with grade C.

Article D6124-132

I.-Le titulaire de l’autorisation de chirurgie oncologique dispose sur le site :

1° D’au moins un secteur d’hospitalisation permettant, si besoin, une prise en charge non programmée de patients ;

2° D’au moins un secteur interventionnel permettant les interventions chirurgicales oncologiques.

II.-Le secteur interventionnel du titulaire d’autorisation avec mention C mentionné au III de l’article R. 6123-87-1 comprend du matériel et des dispositifs médicaux adaptés à la prise en charge des enfants.

Le titulaire d’autorisation avec mention C dispose, sur place ou par voie de convention, d’imagerie adaptée aux enfants, avec possibilité de sédation profonde.

III.-Le titulaire de l’autorisation de chirurgie oncologique dispose sur le site d’une organisation permettant les gestes interventionnels mini-invasifs pour les mentions prévues au I ou au II de l’article R. 6123-87-1 suivantes :

1° Chirurgie oncologique viscérale ou digestive avec la mention A1 ou B1 ;

2° Chirurgie oncologique thoracique avec la mention A2 ou B2 ;

3° Chirurgie oncologique urologique avec la mention A4 ou B4 ;

4° Chirurgie oncologique gynécologique avec la mention A5 ou B5 ;

5° Chirurgie oncologique chez l’enfant et l’adolescent avec la mention C.
